Welcome welcome to the 3rd episode of the cooking lesson!
This time round, I left house around 650pm and reached at about 720pm!
Here's the 16 dishes that we will be cooking over the period of 8 lessons and I would be sharing the recipes and how were the lessons and of course trying cooking them myself!
The first 2 episodes, we cooked the first 4 dishes: Spicy Curry Chicken, Peanut and Shallot Cake, Simmered Pork Ribs with Lemongrass and Palm Sugar and the Savoury Fried Kueh.

So when I reached once again, all the aunties are there and waiting for the instructor to come.
I took my usual seat and then talked to one of the aunties about mooncake and we talked for like a good 20 mins, till about 740pm and I missed taking the photos of the ingredients at the start!
We shared about our experiences for making mooncakes and like what we buy this year!
After the conversation, I went to the front, and start taking notes HAHAHAAH!
The instructor was preparing to cook the salted fish, and was sharing with us, on the preparation of the salted fish, and if you don't prepare in the correct way, it will actually spoilt the dish and have the fishy taste.
She added in the tempeh and start frying them and they are soy fragrant. You have to cook them till it is like orangy in colour and till the fragrant start coming out.
Then you can add in all the other ingredients and start mixing them with the rempah.
You can then add 1000ml of water and start cooking them and boiling them, till the vegetable are soft. You can simmer them for about 20 mins and add in all the seasoning.

We then move on to the next dish, which is the Fried Green Bean Fritter.
You can start by cooking the green bean and making it mushy, so that it will become like a paste.
You can mix the flour together and then coat the green bean paste, and proceed to fry them!
