Welcome welcome to the next episode of Food review!
Actually I realised like very rare that I would showcase like Taiwanese food on my food review, I think this is the first time leh!
I went with Yankay and it was recommended by herm cause her spin class is just beside.
We went to the on eat GR.ID. I think they original store is at East Coast Area.
They are located actually very near to the end of SOTA. You can see them even before you reach Peace Centre.
The interior design is quite cute. They have like drawings hang one the wall and abit not related to Taiwan, but to me, a cute addition

We reached there at about 8pm, and it was quite full leh.
We looked through the menu and they have really alot of food.
They have like about 10 dishes of appetiser, like cold and hot, got rice and La Mian and of course the drinks section.
We both ordered the same dish, which is the Luo Ruo Fan. I wanted to try the braised beef noodle, but got more feel to eat the Luo Ruo Fan.
From the picture, the bowl looks damn small., but to be honest. It is quite filling.
The rice is really alot at the bottom of the bowl, cover by the meat.
I love the meat, cause it is quite proportion, like half of the fatty meat, and half of the lean meat. When I mixed the rice, there is enough sauce to actually coat the rice and have the rice absorb the sauce. The sauce is not salty at all, very fragrant and just very nice. You have the very strong braised flavour, and it just goes very well with the rice. The prickles and the egg is a nice addition to the whole dish.

We actually ordered 1 appetiser which is the fried tempura, but I forgot to take a picture of it.
We spend about $35 I think for 2 main dish, 1 appetiser and 2 drinks. It is really cheap and good!
