Welcome welcome to the next episode of Food review!
I am actually quite excited to review this place! I always wanted to head to here leh, but always like don't have a chance and until recently!
We met at MBFC tower 1, where Standard Chartered office is located at. The entrance of the lift is located left hand side of entrance. You can see the sign of Level 33, when you walked in and behind the large sign, it is the lift. There is only 1 lift that bring you up to the restaurant.
When you reached the restaurant, there is an area that the host will ask for your reservation and proceed to lead you in to your table.
If you want the outside table, or table in the restaurant facing the MBS view, you have to reserve it earlier and mentioned it during your reservation. We got the table right at the corner facing the indoor of the restaurant. But have to say that, I kinda enjoyed that space, cause it is at the corner, and feel very much cosy.

There are alot of choices in the menu actually! I didn't managed to take a photo of it but you can view part of the menu online on their website.
Their drinks menu was very extensive too! They are a brewery themselves so you can see in the menu that they have like self crafted beer.
We ordered the snacks platter and the mixed grill platter for 2 person.
We were served the breadstick first and it was nice! It was warm, but slightly hard, like hard to bite on it.

The snacks platter came first and it contain like truffle fries, calamari
The truffle fries is good! Cause I prefer truffle fries that are not too strong, and not too flavourful. So, like this one is just nice, cause you still can taste the truffle smell and taste of it, but it is not too strong.

The main star of the dish is the Mixed Grill Platter which include Ibérico Pork Jowl, New Zealand Lamb Chops, In-House Koji Dry Aged Westholme Wagyu Tri-Tip served with romaine salad and truffle mashed potato.
The Ibérico Pork Jowl is the furthest away from the plate. Have to say arh, the mixed grill is really nice like nice nice! all the meat are like damn good leh! The Ibérico Pork Jowl is pretty tender and the burnt taste is like whoa, not bad not bad! Like you know the pork that you will not get sick of eating, after few pieces. It is really good!
Moving on to the lamb, we got the lamb at medium rare, and it is the doneness that I usually go for. It is really medium rare, and okay, you know how some lamb, if you cooked medium rare, got the gamey taste, if the lamb is not of a good quality, and the meat will be tough. But then again you know there's like a difference between bad gamey taste and a very well cooked lamb, with the lamb taste, and I truly enjoyed a good lamb taste, like the lam flavour. This one a very good lamby taste. It is like nice, nice! The outside is nicely crisp and nicely burnt, and inside is tender.
Moving on to the beef. I love the beef the most. As you can see, the beef is nicely cooked, and it is so so tender. Even though the taste of the flavouring for the lamb, beef and pork is similar, but then again, you will not get sick of it, like it is a unique taste of its own. The beef is very tender and very very flavourful. Actually, if I come again, I might just order the beef alone.
The dish also come with mashed potato and salad, to cleanse your palette every-time you feel like you are getting too full or just too much meat.
